Hello!
Here are the steps to follow when you receive a domain expiry/renewal notice by e-mail.
- Click on the domains management link within your e-mail
- Login to your account
- Click on the My Domains link in the left menu
- You will see a list of your domain(s) with their expiry dates.
- At the end of each line there is a small arrow icon - click it.
- If you would like to renew it, click the Renew Domain button
- Click the Order Renewal button.
- For those who normally pay by credit card, you will see a Pay Now button on the next screen. For those who do not, an invoice was just e-mailed to you for payment by cheque.
