If you are going to check your email using an email client (ex. Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express) you must specify your incoming and outgoing email server names.
Below are your incoming and outgoing email server names:
Incoming or POP - mail.yourdomain.com (replace "yourdomain" with your own)
Outgoing or SMTP - mail.yourdomain.com (replace "yourdomain" with your own)
Please note that quite often, your Internet connection provider (i.e. Sympatico, Aliant, Videotron) sometimes require that you use their SMTP.
